SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All orders are shipping within 4-5 business days. 
Domestic Orders: We aim to have your order delivered to you in 7-10 business days. 
International Orders: All orders will be delivered within 7-15 business days.

Breakages

In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send us the product unboxing video to show the broken product(s) and we will process a replacement or refund, whichever is feasible ASAP!

Return Process

• Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. 

• Items purchased in sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note: For products that are hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. 

Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse in the form of store credit. 

In case there is a monetary refund, it will take 5-7 working days to process and credit the amount back to your original payment mode.
